Refund Policy

We want every Little Legends pack to be the right fit. If it isn't, here's how our 30-day refund works.

What's Covered

If your child's comic pack isn't the right fit, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided:

• The comic book(s) have not been coloured in, drawn on, or damaged
• The 6-pack of markers is unopened and in its original packaging
• The resealable sleeve is intact
• You contact us first, before returning anything

This applies to one refund per customer, per order.

What's Not Covered

We can't offer a refund if the comic has been read and used as intended (coloured in, puzzles completed, markers used) — at that point, the product has done its job, even if it wasn't the right long-term fit. We're also unable to refund bulk orders (School and Event packs) once they've been opened and distributed.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at aaron@littlelegendscomicbooks.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the conditions above.
